All sales are final. I cannot accept refunds or exchanges. Please do not hesitate to contact me you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, and we will find a solution. If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order, you are free to do so by contacting me within 24 hours of purchase and I will issue you a full refund.
I have taken the greatest care when creating your doll, and am confident in its quality. However please understand that it is a handmade and handcrafted item, as such it must be handled with care. If your doll ever needs a little fixing, please contact me and I will fix it free of charge. All you have to pay for its postage.
